Part payment of estimated cost of hire is required before contract begins. Final settlement will be made on completion.
Rates quoted in US$ are payable in the Ghana Cedis equivalent.
Note: Unsettled bills attract 0.5% interest each day from the day the rent was completed

Fuel is not included in the hire rates.
Cars are delivered with full tanks and the hirer returns the car with full tank.

Chauffeur driven vehicles are comprehensive insured. However, self-driven drivers are third party insured

In the event of a breakdown, call 024 461 46 58 / 020 816 32 15.
If breakdown is due to hirer's negligence,a charge will be made for recovery and rectification.

Daily rates applicable are for a period of 5 hours and a maximum of 10 hours. Extra hours attract a charge of $2 per hour.
Driver's allowance - $30 per day is paid for overnight duties out as Accra / Takoradi.
$10 per day is paid within Accra / Takoradi.

Daily rates covers 24 hours. Age limit of 21 years, with a maximum of 2 years driving experience.
Driving licence international or Ghanaian required.
Deposit of $2,000 against damage to vehicle. Deposit will be refunded at the end of rental, provided car is returned safe.
General cleaning and maintaining of oil/water in the vehicle is the responsibility of hirer during the rental period

Cars hired in Accra/Takoradi are supposed to returned in Accra/Takoradi during normal business hours (until 6:00pm). Therefore all cars hired in Accra / Takoradi and dropped or returned at any point, attract a charge of ($200.00) except prior arrangement.
General cleaning and maintaining of oil/water in the vehicle is the responsibility of hirer during the rental period
